If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect opportunity We're seeking an experienced Support Worker to join us in making a real difference to the lives of our customers and help them to achieve their goals and aspirations. Set in a residential area of Kidderminster, Compton Valley House has six self: contained one: bedroom apartments. We provide support for adults aged 18 and over, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, encouraging them to develop their skills and move on to living independently. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated and valued team where learning and development is encouraged, and we support each other. We don't just see you as a staff member but as a valuable asset in the lives of our people. We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as ongoing training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. We have our own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all. The position of Support Worker is referred to internally at Sanctuary, as Project Worker.
