Apprentice Personnel Officer (Full Time 37 hours or Part Time 30 hours minimum)Starting salary between £22,368 to £25,284 (for the apprentice level role) (pro-rata if not full time). Based at the King’s Court Council Offices, King’s Lynn An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Personnel team in a permanent role starting as an Apprentice and working your way through to becoming a fully qualified Personnel Officer. You will undertake a wide range of duties, initially under the supervision and guidance of the Personnel Services Manager but working more independently as you gain experience in the role. The Personnel Services Manager will support you through your training programme to achieve your CIPD Level 5 qualification. The nature of this role will require you to have experience of working within an HR department at assistant level or junior advisory level. You will possess the minimum qualifications at A level and/or CIPD level 3 Certificate in People Practice and/or demonstrable HR support experience and have a genuine commitment to developing a career within a personnel function. Essential skills and experience as follows: • Excellent communication skills. • Experience of working in an HR department• IT skills in particular excel, work, power point, internet and databases• Be able to demonstrate tact and diplomacy. • Approach work with an attention to detail, high levels of discretion and accuracy If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you to join our Personnel team, we would like to hear from you.
