This close: knit thriving Practice are seeking a talented Architectural Technician to join their growing team on a part time basis in North Yorkshire. They have earnt themselves a great reputation for delivering high quality technically excellent, creative designs, consistently gaining repeat clients. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of current Building Regulations and proficiency in Auto CAD and other relevant software. Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician: Substantial post qualification experience Comprehensive understanding of current Building Regulations Experience in the residential sector and ideally in the commercial sector Proficiency of Auto CAD is essential A confident user of Sketch Up and Photoshop is advantageous Excellent communication skills Ability to work to a high standard with limited supervision Keen eye for detail Strong technical skills Interested in this or other roles in Architecture.
