Heavy Construction Laborer - Caisson Holeman

Description:
2 years Heavy Commercial Construction Laborer experience strongly preferred.Experience working on drilling or caisson crew strongly preferred. Perform tasks involving physical labor at heavy civil construction projects. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. Position requires working to prepare and position reinforced steel in a caisson hole and prepare for concrete pours into the caisson shaft. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, drill shafts, concrete forms, clean up rubble and debris. Position requires frequently lifting up to 70 lbs without assistance. Position frequently works in inclement weather. May assist other craft workers as needed. Position requires periodic travel to various construction projects in the Southeast region. Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
