At Miami Valley Gaming our associate experience is very important to us. We do our very best to make sure our associates know how valued they are, and incorporate FUN into each workday! Our barbacks are the heart of the beverage department because they keep the bars stocked and the beer flowing. As a barback you will respond to the needs of the bar such as stocking, cleaning, washing glassware, emptying trash. You will need to be attentive and able to move quickly around the gaming floor and back of house areas. You will be required to frequently lift items such as cases of beer and kegs.
