Struthers Federal Credit Union a division of Bridge Credit Union is looking to hire a full-time Branch Manager in Youngstown, OH! Job description: Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the regional branches. Ensures established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members. Ensures members are promptly and professionally served. Responsible for the development of new business relationships with prospective members and prospective businesses. Trains, directs, and supervises branch staff. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position. Hours for this position hours include Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. The branch hours are as follows: Monday - Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday: 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. Benefits include: Affordable health and vision insurance, free dental insurance, short term and long term disability, a 401(k) plan with a 5% match, generous vacation, personal and illness leave accruals and year to year roll over on vacation and illness leave.
