They should be team-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.Duties:Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies.Handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.Conduct legal research and provide analysis on bankruptcy and commercial law issues.Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in Idaho or eligible for admission via reciprocity.2 years of experience in bankruptcy law and commercial litigation at a top-tier law firm.Strong understanding of bankruptcy and commercial law principles.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Certifications:Admission to the Idaho State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Attention to detail and accuracy in work product.Collaborative and team-oriented approach to legal practice.
