Part Time Support Worker Defoe Court, Epsom GBP 12.67 15 hours per week : shifts between 8am to 4pm and 2pm to 10pm Do you want a role where no two days are the same? Are you passionate about supporting people? If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect opportunity We have a great opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to join our friendly team. Defoe Court has 21 studio flats. We provide short term supported housing for up to two years, for young people aged 16 to 25, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and have low, medium or high support needs. Customers are encouraged to take control of their lives and build on their skills and strengths. If you want to make a real difference in people's lives, this is a rewarding opportunity to come and work within an enthusiastic and experienced team that is committed to ensuring the best outcomes for our young people. We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. The position of Support Worker is referred to internally at Sanctuary as Project Worker.
