Part Time Project Worker Longford Road, Bognor Regis GBP 12.09 22.5 hours per week, shifts on a 2 week rolling rota Are you looking for a rewarding and challenging role, where you will be making a positive change to people's lives. Longford Road offers a mix of short: term, accommodation based support to adults experiencing mental health issues. We support people to maintain a tenancy, and assist with recovery by using the Well: being Star, which is a highly regarded tool for supporting with recovery and is used by the NHS and many other organisations. If you want to make a real difference in people's lives, this is a rewarding opportunity to come and work within an established and experienced team. Shift Pattern: Week 1: Wednesday and Friday, 2pm to 10pm and Saturday, 9am to 5pm Week 2 : Tuesday and Friday 2pm to 10pm and Sunday, 9am to 5pm We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. The role of Project Worker will include: : Ensuring that relevant support is provided for our customers to maximise their own potential and level of independence: Promote safe working practices by undertaking risk backssments within legislative frameworks: Regularly backssing the needs of our customers, writing and updating support plans : Being a first point of call to receive and direct all customer enquiries: Developing professional relationships with customers, using appropriate and clear communication to ensure that customers maintain.
