The ideal candidate will have expertise in trademark searching, global trademark strategy development, and domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement. Experience with TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedings is a plus. Superior writing and communication skills are essential, and foreign language proficiency is highly valued.
