Temporary Telesales Executive (Full-time March/July - Sept 2024) Sheffield, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom Salary: £11.44 per hour plus uncapped commission Uni Homes is looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our sales team for the upcoming peak season (March - September 2024). In this role, you'll play a crucial role in welcoming new Uni Homes customers for the 2024/25 academic year, ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience and feel excited about their choice. You will use an in-depth knowledge of our hassle-free, all-inclusive bills service for students (full training will be given), helping customers over the phone with any queries they may have to ensure they feel excited about using Uni Homes. You will establish rapport, understand the needs of customers and link our features and benefits to a specific customer's situation. This is an ideal role for those who enjoy and are good at B2C sales, but who want to escape the traditional call centre setting. At Uni Homes, our team is small and friendly, our city centre office is state-of –the art, we don’t work shifts, we don’t work weekends, and on Friday we do drinks at 4.30. We pay £11.44 per hour and the commission is uncapped making this a rewarding and lucrative opportunity for those who are hungry to succeed in sales. These are fixed term contracts from March – September 2024 with flexible start dates. You will be working 9-5.30 Monday-Thursday and 9-5 Friday. Following the initial fixed term, there may be further job opportunities at Uni Homes in our customer support or business administration teams. Key responsibilities: Making and answering calls to qualified leads to learn about and address customer needs and onboarding them to become customers of Uni Homes. Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that they feel supported and valued.
