If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect opportunity We have a great opportunity for an experienced Support Worker, we're looking for someone with passion and drive to enable our customers to achieve their potential and live more independently within their community. Studfield Court is a CQC scheme has eight fully furnished, self: contained flats and provides supported accommodation for adults with learning disabilities, who have low to medium support needs. The scheme is situated in a quiet residential area close to local amenities and has excellent public transport links. You will use your skills to work with colleagues and partner agencies to achieve the best outcome for our customers. We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction program, as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. Sanctuary has their own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all.
