Human Resources Advisor (Part time) The Role: The Human Resources Advisor will provide support to the business and management team on all people related issues, in particular with administration support to ensure ongoing compliance and to ensure that workplace relations are maintained positively. Working closely with the HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist, this role will take responsibility as the first port of call for employee relations, performance issues and policy matters, supporting line managers and advising on HR queries promptly and reliably. Location: Neasden, NW10 Working hours: Daily, 10am to 3pm Responsibilities: Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data, producing reports as and when required Interacting with hiring managers at all levels in the company to assist with all areas of employee relations and communications, escalating where possible in line with company policies. Consulting and advising on issues related to workplace relations and performance management Providing advice and assistance to employees and managers on policies, procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreements Completing all administrative and routine tasks regarding compensation and employee benefits, learning and development, health and safety and employee relations, as well as statutory and compliance requirements Act as first point of contact for all Human Resources queries from managers and employees, handling all routine inquiries employment, policies, procedures, and payroll and/or benefits issues Escalating and progressing complex queries to the relevant senior manager Maintain all employee related information, records and reports accurately, timely and in keeping with employment standards act legislation and GDPR Responsible for the completion of administering change of employee details, and updating payroll and benefits portals as required Administrative support for Health and Safety, ensuring continuing compliance to current legislation.
