If this sounds like you then we may have your perfect opportunity We're seeking an experienced Project Worker to join our team at Blackburn floating support service. We provide support for adults aged 18 and over, living in their own homes in the Blackburn and Darwen area with a range of mental health needs, encouraging them to develop their skills and live as independently as possible. We value our team and encourage learning and progression through our comprehensive induction programme, as well as ongoing training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. We have our own Learning and Development Academy, who provide a wide range of training courses, open to all.
