LEGAL E-BILLING SUPPORT JOB AVAILABLE IN MELBOURNE, FL Volt is immediately hiring for Legal E-Billing Support in Melbourne, FLAs a Legal E-Billing Support, you will be: Checks and verifies invoice submissions in legal e-billing software and inputs data into software as necessary. Reviews and verifies invoices for accuracy of billing information, including rates, time entries, expenses, and disbursements, and ensures compliance with internal billing policy. Inputs invoice detail and creates payment vouchers in the accounts payable system. Validates internal charge details and vendor banking information. Reconcile amounts across both systems, investigate questionable data, and recommend actions to resolve discrepancies. Uses office automated systems to input data, generate reports, conduct specialized research projects and respond to inquiries. This is a Full-time Contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Experience of legal e-billing software and accounts payable software. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or post-Secondary/Associates Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
