In this position the employee will work most of the day handling the invoicing of work orders and submitting them to the builders. You must have a strong attention to detail and ability to work as a team and independently. OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS: Verifying and entering the installer’s pay on work orders Allocating costs to jobs based on builder and salesman guidelines Data entry and preparing invoices and submitting the to builders (daily quota 75+daily) Researching work orders Communicating effectively with internal departments by phone, email and in person Adhere to confidentiality regulations SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Professional communication skills both written and verbal Excellent numeric perception Strong organization skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Highschool Diploma/GED/College required Previous typing and data entry experience preferred Experience with QuickBooks or similar program a plus BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH OUR TEAM: On-Site Gym facility Employee appreciation events Medical, Dental and Vision coverage 401K Paid Holidays Vacation and Personal Time “Flooring Services and our affiliated entities are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
