OPEN POSITION: Nurse Practitioner - Geriatric Primary Care (SNF)SCHEDULE: - Part-Time- 3 Days per Week- No Nights or Weekends- Some Flexibility OfferedCOMPENSATION:- $48 to $60 per Hour, dependent on experience- Performance-Based Bonus Plan- Malpractice InsuranceLOCATION: Columbia, KentuckyCOMPANY PROFILE: This organization is a leading provider of integrated medical services caring for individuals from post-hospitalization to home in various settings ranging from skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living facilities (ALFs), independent living facilities (ILFs), group homes, and private homes. They bring quality medical care to the geriatric population, as well as people with complex conditions, special needs, and with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Their providers make a dramatic impact in increasing quality of life and safeguarding the dignity of those they serve.
