The position will support the human resources, clerical and administrative functions of the business and:-Growth mindset-Promote company culture and bonding (birthday and team celebrations)-Advertising for and onboarding of new personnel-Review and filter candidates-HR file organization and record keeping-Answer phone calls and messages from team and clients-Be flexible and jump into other areas of the business to support teams as needed-Facilitate the day to day administrative support of BMAKnowledge and Experience:-Possess a Bachelors or be able to demonstrate an equivalent level of formal training/education in human resources.-3 + years of related experience in professional services is required-3+ years in a professional services environment is required-Industry experience in the field of architecture/engineering/construction is required-Strong communication skills (written & verbal)-Must be a proficient user of Microsoft Office software (primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook)-Motivated by the challenge and opportunity to own work from concept to completion-Work independently with minimal supervision, yet you know when to ask questions and seek inputThis position at BMA Includes:-A fun, dynamic team-Flexible schedule-Competitive hourly wages
