Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making a difference? Palmer's Home Care, a company dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to the Columbia, Missouri community, seeks a part-time Human Resource Associate to join our team. Responsibilities: Assist with filing and organizing employee documents. Manage employee separations and maintain employee records. Organize employee files confidentially and efficiently. Help with light data entry tasks. Other duties as needed Qualifications: Experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential. You must be able to keep employee records confidential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data entry software is necessary. Excellent communication skills are a must. Compensation and Benefits: Pay rate: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour, based on experience. Opportunity for a raise after 90 days of successful employment.
