Customer Success Manager - Cloud Solutions Location: Glasgow, Scotland Salary: £35,000 (Dependent on Experience) About the Role: As a Customer Success Manager at our cloud solutions firm, your mission is to elevate the customer experience throughout their journey with us. You will act as a critical bridge between our customers and our sales and technical teams, ensuring seamless, positive interactions that build and maintain strong, enduring customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Customer Liaison: Act as the go-to person for all customer inquiries related to projects, products, financials, and support, ensuring responsive and insightful communication. Relationship Building: Lead efforts to develop and sustain excellent customer relations, focusing on delivering value and satisfaction. Sales Support: Aid the sales team with customer queries and in preparing persuasive proposals that meet client needs. Technical Coordination: Collaborate with the technical team to monitor project progress and facilitate client communication. Training Provision: Conduct initial training sessions for customers on our products and solutions as needed. Financial Management: Handle the invoicing process for additional sales opportunities, including generating hardware quotes and processing orders. Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation of business activities. Continuous Learning: Commit to ongoing personal and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices. Performance Goals: Generate a minimum of five new leads monthly. Maintain renewal/retention rates at or above 90%. Create opportunities for at least nine upsells or cross-sells each month. Schedule at least 14 customer meetings monthly.
