Position Highlights: Gain valuable experience with multiple areas of expertise: Phlebotomy, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Hematology, Chemistry, and Serology Do you like working with people? The position has direct patient contact in the hospital and clinic with adults, pediatrics and geriatrics. Job Satisfaction: Positively impact patients you serve each day. Job Summary Responsible for expeditious and accurate performance of routine clinical laboratory tests and basic clinical laboratory functions. Education and/or Experience Associate's degree in MLT required. Certification, Licensure, Registration Medical Laboratory Technology certification from the American Society Clinical Sciences (ASCP) required upon hire. Basic Life Support (BLS) required Within 90 days of hire. Work Schedule Monday-Friday, Varied shifts; PRN (as needed) Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $22.00 - $31.75 per hour What Makes Avera Special?
