Duties:Manage a caseload of a minimum of 40 casesSupervise designated support staff for casesEvaluate legal scenarios and develop strategic plansOversee litigation strategies and represent clients in West Virginia's circuit court and federal courtPrepare legal documents and conduct legal researchConduct depositions, mediations, trials, and arbitrationsHandle discrimination or wrongful termination casesConduct complex motion practice and negotiate settlements Requirements:Experience in discrimination or wrongful termination casesBackground in jury trials, depositions, motion practice, and settlementsProficiency in high-stress communication situationsKnowledge of employment laws and proceduresExperience as first chair in jury trialsLicensed to practice law in West VirginiaComfortable with legal technology usageDesire to assist clients during challenging times Preferred Qualifications:Licensure to practice law in Ohio Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Benefits offered:BonusesHealth benefits401(k) contributionsDental and life insurancePaid holidays and vacationStructured bonus program
