Description:
Responsibilities: Solution Design and Development: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives. Design and develop Power BI solutions to visualize and analyze data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and spreadsheets. Data Modeling and Transformation: Develop data models and perform data transformation and cleansing activities using Power Query and M language. Implement calculated columns, measures, and DAX expressions to derive meaningful insights from raw data. Visualization and Reporting: Create interactive and engaging dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI Desktop. Customize and format visuals to effectively communicate insights and key metrics to stakeholders. Integration and Deployment: Integrate Power BI solutions with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure services, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365. Assist in the deployment and configuration of Power BI reports and dashboards in production environments. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on how to use and interpret Power BI reports and dashboards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI functionality, performance, and data accuracy. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in Power BI development and implementation. Proficiency in Power Query, M language, and DAX for data modeling and transformation. Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
