The Electrical Supervisor will supervise and coordinate activities of Electricians and Contractors in the areas of safety, construction, maintenance, and repair of high, medium, and low voltage power systems, machine controls, process controls, drives, distributed control systems, lighting, PLC and advanced control systems by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Coordinate the activities of the Electrical and contractors with the other coordinators and departments. Inspect hardware and software for conformance to company specifications and local electrical codes. Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality. Suggests and initiates changes in working conditions, use of equipment and provides resources to increase efficiency for shop, department, and work crew while motivating workers to achieve their goals.
