We are looking for a candidate with high level of interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team with other recruiters, HR department, hiring managers, and operations team. Automotive Recruitment background is preferred but not required. Requirements: Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude. Must have a high sense of urgency At least 1 year of experience in HR, full cycle onboarding, and customer service Recruit, source, hire for entry level and high level management positions in multiple states, as well as corporate, and operations positions. Bilingual language fluency preferred in English/Spanish and culturally competent for customer/candidate relations. Knowledge of production/manufacturing or automotive is preferred but not required. Ability to develop professional relationships with staff at all levels. You will be interacting with managers at multiple locations, district managers, regional managers, and the operations team. Proficient computer skills. Candidate information, as well as interviews, will be maintained on an Applicant Tracking System. Must master guidelines to maintain databases. Ability to pass background check and valid Driver's License. Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
