Our well known client in the Investment Banking Sector is searching for a strong Financial Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be experienced, adaptable and ready to hit the ground running! We are offering an excellent compensation package including competitive salary, bonus and pension scheme. Responsibilities: Preparation of company valuations including using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, trading comparables and transaction comparables; Preparation of company marketing documents and client presentations in addition to performing research and various analyses in support of new business generation; Participate in the origination and execution of equity, debt and ILS transactions; Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyse the impacts of different capital structures and potential M&A transactions; Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, capital markets activity and general corporate finance; Participate in all stages of transaction executions, from the pitch phase through to closing. Qualifications: Degree from a top-tier university and previous work or internship experience in Mergers and Acquisitions and/or Investment Banking industries is a plus.
