Then we simply give them the freedom to take their career (and Golderado) further. Key Information: Must have at least 5 years as a Project Manager or equivalent experience. Must have a minimum of 5 years of civil construction experience. Must have 3+ years of estimating or equivalent experience. Hours: Based on a 44-hour work week; however, overtime is required during the busy season. Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when needed. Hourly rate is dependent on experience. Health benefits and vacation pay offered. Job Description: Schedule and chair construction planning and coordinate meetings. Plan the construction project to establish affective organization. Direct the overall construction program of the project. Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity. Maintain accountability for field costs and forecast costs to complete; and implement cost control procedures within the Project Execution Plan. Ensure a site safety program is developed and implemented to provide a safe working environment for the project construction force. Recommend the award of construction contracts based on the analysis of the estimating department. Negotiate contractual terms with the selected contractor(s); and administer contracts efficiently.
