Home based Supervising Social Worker : Therapeutic IFA salary between GBP38,000 to GBP42,000 per annum, depending on experience Non Stop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a small, but well established Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofsted rating, in the Cambridgeshire area. This is a home based role, offering you flexibility with your schedule. They are a therapeutic fostering agency and they provide ongoing therapeutic training. Responsibilities: The Supervising Social Worker will provide support and supervision to 6 : 10 foster families located in the Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire area. The role is mainly supervision of the foster families, so you will not have to complete Form F backssments on top. They have a separate team of Independent Social Workers that are doing the Form F backssments for them.
