Supply Chain Coordinator Position Purpose: Reporting to the Inventory Control Supervisor, the Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for prioritizing orders, responding to inquiries, inputting inventory information into Prism. Principle Accountabilities Set appointments for inbound deliveries. Work with Transplace to set pickup and delivery appointments, shipment routing and freight quotes. Use internet to track shipments. Notify carriers for daily pickups. Process orders through Prism applications. Assign carriers. Apply PROS Print BOLS/Pack list. File paperwork. Review back-orders daily, send report to supervisor, close backorders. Process inventory adjustments. Provide information and submit custom documentation for exports. Receive PO's into Prism. Search PO details in Prism to determine and fix errors. Correctly communicate exceptions on PO's to obtain corrections. Process returns through RA system. Enter production into Prism. Perform correct inventory transactions for WIP/RAW/FG. Verify inventory and complete ASNs for inventory going to warehouse. Enter cycle count data records. Completes daily production report. Actively participate in the physical inventory. Calculate rate charges for add freight shipments. Additional duties as required. Essential Skills and Experience Highschool diploma or GED; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
