The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair operations within the plant. They play a pivotal role in fostering a safety-conscious culture within the maintenance team and ensuring that safety remains a top priority in all maintenance activities. They ensure the continuous and efficient operation of equipment and machinery. The Senior Maintenance Supervisor promotes the use of protective and preventative maintenance systems and techniques to improve principle operating equipment and system liability by performing the following duties personally. Safety Compliance: Ensuring that maintenance activities comply with company's and provincial safety regulations and environmental standards and implement safety protocols to protect employees and equipment.
