As a Support Worker, youll play a pivotal role in empowering our residents to lead fulfilling lives. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with residents on a 1:1 basis, fostering independence and well: being. Plan and support residents daily activities, helping them thrive and create meaningful memories. Provide personal care and engage residents in various learning, development, and social activities. Participate in a friendly, professional, and caring team, supporting up to 8 adults. Successful Candidate Qualities: Motivated to learn and go the extra mile. Encourage and support residents independence. Excellent communication, empathy, and understanding. Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills. Active and positive approach to the role.
