Chart Lane offers short: term accommodation based support to adults experiencing mental health issues. We support people to maintain a tenancy and develop the skills and confidence to live independently. Taking a recovery approach through use of Recovery Star and proactive partnership working with statutory and non: statutory support agencies we aim to support our residents achieve the best outcomes. We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression.
