As a BCBA, you'll directly report to the Area Director, delving into a realm where every day brings new challenges and victories. You'll be at the forefront of transforming lives! All we ask is that you can at least perform 6 billable hours daily. This full-time role isn't confined to weekdays - you'll be the hero available on weekends when needed. Compensation and Location : Salary : $70,000 - $95,000/year (DOE) Benefits : Medical, Dental, and Vision Location : Hybrid - Telehealth/In-Person {Insert Desired Location} Your essential duties and responsibilities will include : Dive into the heart of behavior assessments and the welcoming of new patients, crafting tailored treatment plans that ignite progress. Lead the charge in overseeing clinical operations, molding individualized programs, and providing unwavering support to both patients and their families. Shape the skills of our dedicated behavior technicians, ensuring top-notch service delivery and fostering a culture of excellence. Champion compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards, all while pushing boundaries to optimize patient outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders, spearheading initiatives that redefine the standards of care. Applicant requirements include : Hold a Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field, with BCBA or BCBA-D certification. Bring to the table a minimum of 2 years of experience in crafting intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders. Possess the drive to lead, mentor, and inspire, backed by a track record of success. Navigate challenges with ease, armed with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
