Job Responsibilities: Expertly troubleshoot and execute repairs on a variety of HVAC systems and equipment. Identify potential maintenance issues and risks associated with equipment. Diagnose both electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems, providing accurate solutions. Promptly and efficiently perform emergency repairs to ensure uninterrupted system functionality. Maintain strict compliance with appliance standards and adhere to the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Consistently meet service standards, follow work instructions, and fulfill customer requirements. Cultivate strong customer relationships while continually enhancing your understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations. Qualifications: A minimum of two (2) years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician. A strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development within the HVAC field. Possession of a valid driver's license. Proficiency in advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating (HVAC). Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Enjoyment in interacting with people, coupled with outstanding customer service abilities. Demonstrated aptitude for working independently with minimal supervision. Comfort and proficiency in working efficiently in confined spaces, prioritizing safety and quality in all tasks.
