Location: AC Marriott Bellevue Life as an Administrative Assistant: Works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in updating the accounting system with Invoicing, payments, inventories and budgets. Counts and records money drops and prepares bank deposits Administers hotel Accounts Receivables Assist management in onboarding, training, scheduling, and motivating and coaching employees. Other HR related admin tasks as assigned What we're looking for: A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a front desk agent at a Marriott Distinctive branded hotel Excellent interpersonal skills including excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively and accurately under deadlines Must be highly skilled at multitasking and be very organized Must work well in team environment and present a professional demeanor Familiar with Microsoft Suite & Google Suite Products Familiar with accounting systems and processes Familiar with FOSSE PMS & Micros POS What to expect in your first few months: First, you will learn the company's policies, procedures, and processes.
