You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close• Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Lead follow up• Lead generation• Database campaigns• Set buyer consultations• Execute appointments• Close buyer sales• Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends• A real estate license is required• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $135,000 at plan About Company: Our Mission: Empowering you to fund your dreams and create the most incredible legacy possible by building bigger, more profitable businesses and pursuing peak emotional and mental fitness.
