Bring your ambition to the table as we unlock new doors together, taking your career to the next level.Bring your experience and be empowered to innovate.As an Accounting Specialist on the accounting team, a typical day for you will include: * Support the accounting team through accurate and timely processing of data within the Great Plains ERP system as well as other systems. * Accurately enter data from accounting documents, review, balance, and post-transaction batches. * Assist with intercompany account reconciliations. * Work cross-functionally with various teams throughout the company. * Ability to research transactional details utilizing various software.Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success.(Required qualifications) * Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience in an accounting specialist or accounting assistant role. * Skills: * Maintains good working relationships with internal and external customers. * Prioritization, organizational and time management skills. * Ability to execute/follow moderate Excel functions. * High level of integrity. * Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills. * Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree "GED" is required. An associate's degree is preferred. * Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid role; 3 days in office, 2 days remote.Bring your goals and be enabled to reach them. * Competitive Pay: Neighborly to add pay, based on state requirements. * Schedule: Hybrid role; 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
