We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team! Responsibilities: • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves• Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals• Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities• Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points• Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel Qualifications: • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines• High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred• A consistent top performer in sales Compensation: 92,000 - 111,000 yearly About Company: Josh Sherrill Insurance Agency partners With Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies to market and sell their products.
