I am seeking an organized and experienced office assistant to provide support for a growing business. This position includes travel, so the candidate must have transportation and be able to travel often.This is a temp to hire long-term position in a relaxed 420-friendly environment. The office is a home office. The ideal candidate must also be able to work well with others in a group.Duties will include:- Answering and directing phone calls- Organizing and scheduling appointments- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes- Writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms- Running errands- Developing and maintaining a filing system- Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures- Ordering office supplies and researching new deals and suppliers- Maintaining contact lists- Booking travel arrangements- Providing general support to visitors- Acting as the point of contact for internal and external clientsPlease send your resume or work history/experience along with contact information to apply.Thank you.
