Responsibilities: Provide support to the Audit HR Business Advisors across the country Prepare, analyze, and distribute a variety of reports including turnover, employee engagement surveys, and assist with employee-related processes Support and participate in the annual performance development processes, including interim, year-end and compensation planning Work on special projects, developing project plans and managing through implementation and follow-ups Qualifications: Minimum three years of recent progressive human resources experience, preferably in a professional services environment Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in human resource management, organizational development, or business administration or relevant work experience Comprehensive understanding of HR principles; in-depth knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with knowledge of PeopleSoft Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, presentation and facilitation skills; able to develop clear and concise written communications and prepare performance documentation Ability to build and maintain relationships with the firm's partners and employees KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
