Position Description Ensures established procedures and processes are being utilized correctly by personnel and that components are being manufactured to engineered specifications. Job Responsibilities :Oversees quality standards on all work procedures, processes and equipment:Trains and monitors personnel on established work procedures and safe usage of equipment:Identifies production problems and their root causes:Reports and documents changes to facilitate a safer workplace, improve quality, and make productivity improvements:Performs other duties as assigned Job Skills Requirements:Proven ability to use established weld procedures, tools and equipment:Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location Education High School diploma Experience Requirements 2 years related experience Physical and Environmental Requirements Moderate physical demand; often lifting/moving average weight (25 to 50 lbs/11:27 kgs), and occasionally lifting heavy weight materials (up to 70 lbs)Ability to stand and/or walk constantly over a full work shift (8:12 hours)Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8:12 hours)Generally good working conditions.
