Our administrative team is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic Office Assistant! When our customers call the office, they can hear our smiles through the phone. Primary Job Function: To assist sales team in reporting and securing leads, educating clients on our products and services, scheduling sales appointments, and closing sales. The Office Assistant will act as a liaison between customer and the company, making sure that customer needs are met while maintaining a positive, productive open line of communication between the customer and all company departments. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant experience Comfortable with outbound cold calling Superior Customer Service Skills Professional communication: written and verbal Well-organized and the ability to work independently Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail Capable of working in a fast-paced environment Collaborates well with others customer service, admin, administrative, support, customer support, client support, client services, answering phones, receptionist, coordinator, dispatcher, csr, customer rep, green company, high tech, energy efficiency, scheduler, appointment generator
