We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, shipping, and receiving. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software. Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking inventory levels, orders, and shipments• Coordinate and process shipments, including preparing shipping documents and scheduling pickups• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods• Generate reports and analyze data to optimize productivity• Provide administrative support to the warehouse team, including answering phone calls and responding to emails• Implement and maintain effective administrative systems and processes• Perform other related duties as required Qualifications:• Highschool diploma or equivalent required: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or related field preferred• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse administration role• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, partially Excel and Word• Experience with inventory management software and systems• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines• Strong attention to detail and accuracy Compensation: $37,400 - $53,500 yearly About Company: Jamtek Electrical, LLC, is Middle Georgia’s first choice for Low Voltage, Security, and IT/Network Solutions.
