Practice Area: Litigation - General (consumer), Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 1 Years, A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney for their Reno, NV office. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Nevada and exhibit an interest in various areas such as construction and business litigation, mechanic's liens, real estate, will/trusts litigation, and complex civil litigation. Prior clerkship experience is advantageous. Duties:Assist in legal research, drafting legal documents, and case preparationRepresent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiationsCollaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client managementConduct client interviews and maintain communication throughout the legal processManage caseload efficiently and effectively Requirements:Licensed to practice law in Nevada1+ years of relevant experience Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Skills:Strong legal research and writing abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and organizedPrior clerkship experience is a plus
