This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of the hotel to maintain standards for guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, quality assurance and asset protection while managing costs within budget. Responsibilities: • Consult with the general manager to ensure that all guest service standards are met daily• Analyze the performance of each department, report any problem areas, and make recommendations to improve profitability for hotel operations• Ensure that all local, state, and federal rules and regulations, as well as any corporate or brand-established policies and practices, are followed• Revenue Management• Financial Results• Employee Satisfaction• Guest Satisfaction• Product Quality ensuring brand standards Qualifications: • Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills• Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality• Previous experience managing a team is required; preferably in a hospitality role such as department manager Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 About Company: Great environment to work in, we are looking forward to adding your leadership to our LQ family!
