This is an inside sales position for the advertising department that provides public notice services to attorneys, city & county organizations & other entities. This includes data entry & paperwork provided to the Courts. Ability to multi-task is great, but accuracy is most important. 25 hours/week Check and respond to all emails and phone calls Help attorneys with in-person inquiries as needed Schedule and facilitate all ads that have been sold Process payments in cash and credit/debit Organize daily/weekly/monthly business plan and implement Consult with businesses, law offices, city and county organizations and other entities about their notification procedures. Manage any problems/issues/concerns that arise Maintain all active accounts File all necessary paperwork and insertion orders Back up other reps when they are absent Other duties as requested Hours: Monday-Friday 12pm - 5:00pm Minimum Qualifications: High school graduate, computer literate, good people skills and customer service skills.recblid rbcu4nyhngle6zmjnl035fy4ttupi8 PDN-9bf3a870-ede3-4c4d-8cf6-7aaadc75e17f
