Food and Beverage Manager : Hotel Compensation: 40k:45k USD : paid in pasos + Bonus + Benefits + Relocations Assistance + Permit Location: Mexico City Set in the heart of Mexico City, my client is an esteemed hotel offering luxury and sophistication. If you are a seasoned F and B pro with a knack for leadership, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make your mark in one of the citys most dynamic culinary landscapes. Responsibilities: * Oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel* Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, while maintaining cost control measures* Lead and mentor the F and B team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction* Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to create innovative menus and offerings that exceed guest expectations Key Requirements: * Proven experience as an F and B Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel* Bilingual; Spanish and English : native or conversational* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and suppliers* Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management If youre interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
