Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Maintenance Technician in Flovilla, GA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance skills, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and lawn care. The Assistant Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of all facilities and equipment within the campground, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, carpentry work, and lawn care maintenance. Computer knowledge for record keeping. Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues or potential hazards. Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain records of all maintenance activities and report any significant findings or concerns to the management. Assist in the coordination of larger maintenance projects, including renovations and upgrades. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Keep inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies and report any needs for replenishment. Collaborate with other team members and contractors as needed to complete maintenance tasks. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and lawn care maintenance. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety procedures. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent communication skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
