Here's what the role entails: Responsibilities: As our People Success Partner (Generalist), you'll be the heart of our HR operations, creating positive experiences and supporting our exceptional employees. Your journey with us will involve: Responsibilities: Full Life-cycle Recruiting including: Sourcing Coordinating and Scheduling Interviews Making Offers Onboarding new hires Oversee compliance activities Updating Labor Posters Ensuring Compliance Training Manage I-9 and E-verify for new hires Stay up-to-date with federal and state regulations concerning HR Triage Employee questions and concerns and provide answers and support to create a great employee culture. Oversee engagement projects and programs. Other HR Duties: Assist in developing and executing HR policies and procedures. Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including paperwork processing and database maintenance. Assist with ad-hoc HR projects and provide support in various areas of HR and healthcare benefits administration. Is this you? Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred). Proven experience in HR and payroll. Knowledge of federal and state HR regulations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
