We are proud to serve the Northern Ohio and Southeast Michigan markets including Toledo, Ann Arbor, Cleveland and Findlay. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Sales Representative to join our Ann Arbor location. Position Summary: We are actively seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative who wants to join a growing company in the Commercial HVAC business. A position is currently available for a results-oriented individual who will manage the process and procedure for quoting and providing planned maintenance agreements to new and prospective clients. Pay: $45k to $70K + commission - Depending on Experience Benefits: 401(k), Health, Vision, Dental and Supplemental Account, Paid Holidays, PTO, Life Insurance and LTD. Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm Required Qualifications: Have a minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales HVAC experience preferred Exemplary customer relationship and negotiating skills. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team-oriented skills. Intermediate Computer Skills Ability to pass drug and background screen Valid driver's license and insurable driving record sales jobs, sales coordinator
